Chicken on both sides of the Atlantic!

Leah and Orion in London made the London style recipe, with balsamic vinegar. A beauty!

On the other side of the pond, Samantha was substituting red wine vinegar for balsamic, tweaking the other ingredients and basting lovingly every 20 minutes. Here's her gorgeous bird!

  1. Both chickens look yummy!! i'll have to try this recipe,...here in Italy, balsamic vinegar is normally savoured in it's raw state,....like on strawberries, salads or already cooked dishes, ....
