Curly Kale Pasta

 This is how I eat curly kale now.
What you need:
Bundle of fresh picked curly kale
Spaghetti or your favourite pasta
Olive oil
Garlic
Parmesan cheese, grated or slivered

Salt, heaping teaspoon to salt the boiling water.

                              


Bring water to boil with salt.
Strip kale leaves from the stem, and blanch for two minutes.

Drain kale and blend with garlic and quarter cup olive oil.

Boil spaghetti in the kale water. Drain.

Add kale to drained hot spaghetti and stir wih a fork.
Add parmesan cheese liberally to the spaghetti, and more when serving.
